Optimism-The First Step Towards Mental Healthcare
Optimism means to think positively, being optimistic is sometimes not an easy task at all, because if life puts you down, you wonder what to do? The ongoing covid situation is too depressing with the dear ones dying each day, maybe someone’s neighbour, someones relative or maybe a family member. The ongoing year made us all depressed within, all day we hear the news that stricks our heart and mind so intensely that we become emotional and then we have at the end no one to talk to, the covid – 19 has led to a global emergency on mental health.
So many people across the globe have gone through the worst this year and continue the same. The globe is full of financial and medical problems, so many people have lost their jobs, every country is in an economic debt this time, to achieve good mental exposure is a dream. But this lockdown should be considered as an opportunity from god to relax and to be patient for things.
By staying at home we come to know our family members and this tells us who loves us the most and yes, of course, that is family, the only way you can make yourself get out of problems is to speak about it to any of your family members, peace and an assurity towards a healthy and beautiful life is your family, health is wealth. And in this world, mental health is too important to get attention.
Day by day the increasing cases of suicides are there because they feel deprived of living, they feel they have no one to talk. we have lost so many beautiful people this year due to the virus, let us try to help one another by listing. By sharing that pain, by really satisfying their souls, with love and care, because life without love is like a tree without fruits.
